Vertical Development: An Innovative New Way to Think About Leadership and Change

      • Module 1- Laying the Foundation
      • Module 2- The Stages of Vertical Development

Often, when leaders talk about where they need help, they name tactical issues like delegating, leading change, executive presence, difficult boss relationships, and so on. While important, these challenges arise from how we are looking at the world not how the world actually is.

The traditional way of thinking about leadership and change management is insufficient for today’s fast-changing and complex world. We need a new approach because we need more leadership capacity to meet our challenges.

Come learn why this is such a significant need, then be introduced to Vertical Development, a framework and process that enables leadership maturity – to literally “grow up!”

Consider where your clients are in their maturity journey and learn about the levers for growing their leadership capacity to make your coaching and consulting even more impactful.

What if you can help your clients address their challenges and achieve their goals by helping them look at them (and others) differently? Join us for this 4-part series!

      In Module 1 you’ll learn:

      • How the world is changing
      • Why the current approach to leadership development is insufficient
      • How the vertical development model works
