  This creates what Staci Witten calls the Digital Confidence Gap—the gap between the value you provide as a coach and how confidently that value is reflected in your online presence.

  In this interactive session, Staci introduces the 4W Framework, a simple approach for creating meaningful content that builds credibility, fosters connection, and supports business growth—without feeling like you're constantly marketing yourself.

  Participants will leave with a practical framework, a completed worksheet, and content ideas they can immediately begin using to strengthen their online presence

  Speaker Bio

  Staci Witten, PCC, is an executive, leadership, and business growth coach who partners with coaches to close the Digital Confidence Gap. Through technology, AI, social media, LinkedIn, and digital marketing, she helps coaches expand their influence, increase their impact, and build thriving coaching businesses. She also partners with leaders to increase their influence and impact through executive and leadership coaching.

  With more than 30 years of experience in business, human resources, entrepreneurship, and coaching, Staci combines thoughtful coaching with practical strategies that help people move from uncertainty to confident action.

  As the founder and facilitator of the Digital Empowerment for Coaches (DEC) program, Staci equips coaches with practical tools and a supportive community to build confidence, strengthen their online presence, and attract the right clients—without feeling overwhelmed or sacrificing authenticity.

  A Professional Certified Coach (PCC), ICF Mentor Coach, and Past President of ICF North Texas, Staci led the chapter to consecutive ICF Global Chapter of Excellence awards. She is passionate about helping coaches grow sustainable businesses while making a greater impact through the work they love.

  At the heart of Staci's work is a simple belief: most coaches don't have an expertise problem—they have a visibility problem. When coaches confidently share their expertise, they increase their influence, expand their impact, and create more opportunities to serve others.

  This interactive educational session supports coaches in strengthening their presence, emotional regulation, and client-centered practice during periods of uncertainty, complexity, and change.

  Using reflective inquiry, neuroscience-informed awareness, and practical coaching demonstrations, participants will explore how uncertainty affects the coach, the client, and the coaching relationship. The session will invite coaches to move beyond the need to control outcomes and instead deepen their ability to stay grounded, curious, flexible, and ethically aligned while supporting clients through ambiguity.

  Participants will leave with practical tools and reflective questions they can apply immediately in coaching conversations, especially when clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or challenged by transition.

  Speaker:

  Dr. Zeina Ghossoub is a PhD, Master Certified Coach (MCC), Certified Wellness Coach (CWC), and Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC). She is an executive and wellness coach, behavior and emotional intelligence expert, global speaker, and mentor coach who supports leaders, coaches, healthcare professionals, and organizations in building emotional resilience, conscious leadership, and sustainable wellbeing.

  With a strong background in healthcare, coaching, emotional intelligence, and transformational development, Dr. Zeina integrates neuroscience-informed awareness, reflective inquiry, and practical coaching tools to help individuals and teams navigate change with clarity, presence, and purpose. She has contributed to the growth of the coaching profession through coach training, mentoring, professional development programs, public speaking, and community-based wellbeing initiatives.

  Building a successful coaching business is rarely about working harder. More often, coaches stay stuck because they invest their limited time in activities that feel productive but fail to generate momentum, clients, or sustainable growth.

  In this interactive session, participants will learn how to evaluate their business through a strategic lens and identify the highest-return activities based on the amount of time they actually have available.
