It then delves into the group coaching process, discussing how to structure sessions, set goals, and balance individual needs with group objectives. Takeaways and Benefits:

  • Group coaching brings together individuals with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. This diversity can enrich discussions and provide varied insights, leading to deeper learning and growth.
  • Group coaching provides a supportive community where members can share challenges, successes, and resources. This sense of camaraderie can foster motivation, accountability, and a feeling of belonging.
  • Participants in group coaching can learn from each other's experiences and expertise. This collective wisdom can offer valuable perspectives and innovative solutions to common problems.
  • Group coaching typically costs less per participant compared to individual coaching sessions. This makes coaching more accessible to a broader range of individuals and organizations.

Toni’s coach school training provided rigorous coursework for team and group coaching. With this knowledge Toni developed a team coaching practice for over 10 years. Years of team coaching led Toni into group coaching as she expanded her coaching practice. Lessons from over ten years of group coaching confirms the coaching benefits of both the group and the individuals to meet their goals.
